All Credit card payments within Australia will receive items within the next 5 working day via Express Post. For all other payment methods we will dispatch the item via Express Post within 24 hours of confirmation of your payment. Most areas will receive the item within 5 working days. If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing quality of your product for any reason, Socks'n'Jocks is happy to refund your money, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging. We will also refund you back any cost in sending us back the returned goods. We will not provide a refund for incorrect product choices or tastes for the product at time of ordering.
